Last updated: September 30, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by TrustFund Chain LLC ("Trust Chain", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our website, applications, or services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Agreement & Acceptance

By using Trust Chain's website, products, or services, you confirm that you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any policies referenced herein. If you are using Trust Chain on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By registering you also agree to provide truthful, accurate and complete information about yourself.

3. Services

Trust Chain provides an online marketplace and platform for trading, copy-trading, AI trading bots, managed investment plans, and related tools (the "Services"). Specific features may vary by plan and may be modified, suspended or discontinued by us at any time.

  • We do not provide investment advice tailored to your personal circumstances.
  • Use of third-party integrations (wallets, exchanges) is subject to their own terms.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access if you fail to secure your account credentials.

5. Fees & Payments

Some Services may require payment of fees. By subscribing or purchasing, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the provided payment method. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in writing.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading digital assets and using automated trading strategies carry substantial risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your capital. You must carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with platform security, attempt to reverse engineer our software, or engage in market manipulation, fraud, or other abusive behaviors. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued prior to termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trust Chain disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Trust Chain, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trust Chain and its affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. (Adjust jurisdiction as appropriate for your company.)

13. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example via the service or email). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
